IRONINGBOARD° - Sour ale - 0.75l
Our first sour. We added Lotus biscoff biscuits to the sprinkle, and mango with blackberry to the fermentation. You can expect a slightly biscuity sweetness with a fruit load in the aroma. Anyway, the beer is more than drinkable in both summer and winter.
Sour ale 13° - flavored, light, strong, top-fermented, unpasteurized, unfiltered beer
